A plan is ordered by its slug, in a given region. The same slug means the same
machine everywhere: plan and region are two separate
fields, and the regions a plan is offered in are listed in
GET /v1/plans.
The month equivalent column is the one to compare with the monthly price: it is what the hourly rate costs over 730 hours, powered on throughout. The gap is the flexibility premium — running for three hours costs more, per day, than committing to a month.
