Before you order.
Is the Windows licence included?
No. Windows Server comes in evaluation mode, valid 180 days; you activate it with your own key (retail, MAK or KMS). MetaTrader runs the same either way.
Which plan for MetaTrader?
Starter (2 vCPU, 4 GB) for one terminal with a handful of charts. Pro (4 vCPU, 8 GB) for several terminals, heavy custom indicators or backtests. Nano does not run Windows.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. Order Starter billed by the hour, log in, measure the ping to your broker, install your EA, then stop the machine. An afternoon costs a few cents.
Does the terminal restart after a reboot?
Yes. The template signs in and relaunches MetaTrader on its own after Windows Update or a restart. Close the Remote Desktop window rather than signing out.
Where is the data?
In Montréal, Québec, on our own hardware and network (AS402554). Backups stay in Canada too.
